• No product is refundable, as they are digital products. Customers must waive their cancellation rights before receiving digital content. Once downloaded, customers forfeit their rights to a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

• You are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, leaking, or ripping my models, meshes, or products. Uploading them to other accounts is not allowed unless you inform me and ensure that the intended recipient has also purchased the model.

• When acquiring any model or product created by me, you are committing to comply with and abide by the Terms of Service/User Agreement at all times. Non-compliance may lead to fines and legal consequences. You will also be required to discontinue and remove any infringing content.
• Models must remain private on your account at all times; public uploading of my models for avatar worlds is expressly forbidden.
• Any use of my models or products for profit is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to reselling (edited and unedited), commissionary use, videos, art, and 3D printed products.
• When purchasing a product as a gift, provide the recipient's email, in-game name, and Discord tag. Buying for someone else without explicit permission to upload is not allowed. If the recipient can't upload, contact me for assistance.
• Each purchase grants a personal, PRIVATE license for the model/product, unique to only one individual.
• Do not claim any of my models or products as your own.
• Under no circumstances are you permitted to use parts or meshes of my models for any purpose, including edits of assets. Proper credit must be given, and textures and icons should be sourced from their respective creators.

  If you are wanting rights to use this model for vtubing, please privately contact me to purchase the proper rights. All vtubers must properly credit me regardless of purchased rights. (An extra $15 fee is required for Vtubing rights).
